Customer Review: HURTS AT FIRST BUT U GET USED TO IT….
Ok so basically I got my hoop in the mail today. I tried to spin it a few times it hurt a lot. I had to let it spin a few times and take a break cuz it hurt lol. After spinning it around a few times , my body warmed up and got used to it. I do feel a bit bruised but its worth it because my stomach did feel a bit tighter. What I personally recommend and worked for me, is for anyone who is using this hula hoop, I recommend to purchase the “sauna belt” you can buy it in models or at bally total fitness , most sports stores and gyms have it. Its a thick piece of stretchy foam and you wrap it around yourself and it deff eased the pain…I also put a sweater ontop. But overall I like it and it becomes fun once you get the hang of it and once your body gets used to it…I would recommend it but not for someone who is weak and cant take a little pain. Looking foward to seeing results, (hopefully lol)…
Customer Review: Proceed With Caution
I just received this Hula a few days ago, and have to admit that before ordering it, I had read the reviews, and checked out different types. I thought that surely it cannot be as painful as others have wrote, I’ve studied acupressure (shiatsu) massage, and know that it can sometimes hurt. So I used it wearing a pair of Delfin neoprene shorts under sweats AND a Bally’s neoprene waist belt. I still ended up with huge bruises. My side was so swollen, that I couldn’t sleep on it without pain, and was a little worried that I may have ruptured my appendix’s or something. I give it 2 stars because I think that with some modification, it could be a great work out tool, if it had say half of the knobby things for example. wonder how much testing was done on this item, not to mention the ones being sold with even more knobs and weight? And by no means Am I a feeble person, I have and extra spare tire-hence the reason why I bought it. And if it hits you say on your legs, boy, does it hurt. Never thought I get the s**t kick out of me by a Hula Hoop!!!

I bought this book for my son-in-law for Christmas. He likes trivia and so does my grandson who is 12. They read through the book on Christmas Day and had a great time looking up all kinds of records.

Okay, this is clearly a childrens movie, and I’m sure the 50th time I have to watch it, my head will explode. But my kids (4 and 2) loved it enough to actually sit down and be quiet for about 80 minutes. Underlying messages of teamwork and “never leave a man behind.” Ignore the preposterous premise and use the time to do something exciting like wash the dishes or fold laundry.

This is a good quality product. It is attractive to a wide variety of ages. The oven and cabinets open. It comes with a little toaster and a teapot. The fridge opens up to reveal door shelves and 2 bottles of milk. I am glad that I chose this kitchen for my grandaughter over the Ryans Room kitchen, which looked much more “bland.”
