Customer Review: Valuable Bathtime Fun
I bought this set for my boys (1 year and 6 years) last Christmas; a year later, it’s still a hit! The little one is able to blow into each water flute and make clear notes. They can change the tune of each by adjusting the level of water in the tube. The xylaphone sections fit together like a simple puzzle and produce clear notes when tapped; it sticks to the tub wall, or folats on the water surface. The drum is stable while it floats in the water, and the tone changes depending on the level it floats in the water (determined by how much water is inside of it). The drum doubles (for mom) as a hair-rinsing cup. The litte one enjoys filling it just for the joy of dumping it out. This was definitely a worthwhile purchase.

There are so many bath toys out-there, this is one provides quality fun without the characters normally plastered all over other toys. We have had the item for six months and my daughter still loves the kit — be forewarned there are a lot of pieces, which if you step-on early in the morning when your taking a shower you will know it — I recommend a mesh bag for storage.

Customer Review: Great developmental toy!
My son (who got this for his 2nd birthday) seems only interested in cars and trucks, so it’s been tough to find toys that will help in his development aside from cars and trucks — but this one has been a hit. He’s definitely enjoyed learning the names of all the different vehicles and has also quickly learned how to string them on there. Great for development of some different fine motor skills.

Customer Review: Bogus Austin Bazaar 25″ Acoustic Toy guitar
This guitar looks good in the picture but in reality is poorly made. When my Grandson, Jake, opened his birthday gift (he turned 4 on Jan. 3, 2009), his eyes lit up. It held together less than 1 hour. Jake is terribly disappointed. You know the routine: If Grandmom’s not happy, ain’t nobody happy. The bridge fell off almost immediately and all the strings are hanging. The strap fell off and won’t stay on. I strongly suggest you remove this toy from your catalog. Today is Jan 7, 2009. I want my money back.
Customer Review: Too bad I can’t rate 0 stars
It’s very disheartening for a child that asks Santa for a guitar and spends the pre-Christmas season excited for Christmas morning, only to open this gift and discover that you can’t even tighten the strings to play a tune - they self loosen. This will be going back as soon as I receive my RMA from the manufacturer. Of course, I now have to pay shipping just to send the defective thing back. If you’re considering purchase of this product, please - reconsider.

Manhattan Toy Buzzing Through Activity Book Customer Review: Great book, even for 3 month olds!
My son has played with this book nonstop for 3 months…he is now 6 months old and still likes it. I do agree with another review regarding washing and wish it could just be thrown into the washer, but I have found that careful handwashing with Charlie’s Soap works great. I have since purchased another one of these books that is suggested for 12 months+ and am looking forward to giving it to my son if/when he seems ready to move onto another book (he really likes this book so it may be a little while).

My 3-month-old grandson chose this as his first play-by-himself toy. He could grasp the edges and the striking colors and different textures intrigued him. Months later it still goes out the door to the car with him. I’ve since bought other copies as shower gifts. It’s a great buy!

Got this for my daughter’s Baby Stella doll, and it’s really well made. The items are all cotton fabric and the diapers fit Baby Stella perfectly — they fasten with velcro. There are even two little soft cloth wipes to ‘clean’ baby while changing her diaper. The lotion bottle is stuffed, but the rest of the items are flat and every thing fits in the little carrying case.
